1. What we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone (optional).
• Agreement form data — used solely to render your documents.
• Security logs: IP, user-agent, event timestamps.

2. National ID handling

Your full NID is never stored in our database. We persist only the last 4 digits and an HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hash (using NID_HASH_SECRET).

3. PDF storage

Generated PDFs are stored in a private directory and are NOT publicly accessible. Only authenticated owners, organisation members, or system admins can download them.

4. Your rights

You can export your data at any time from the Account page, and you may permanently delete your account and associated data.
