• Comply with applicable stamp duty and registration laws in Bangladesh.

3. Payment & subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed at the advertised rate. Refunds for already-consumed services are generally not provided.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Chukti shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
